A historic estate sprawling over 1.2 acres in the storied Old Las Palmas District. While uniquely secluded and private, the property is still walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. The grounds on the Buddy Rich Estate evoke the feeling of being at a private club. With expansive lawns, a private tennis court, ancient palms, fire pits and thatched palapas, there is space to gather with friends and family or simply read a book in the shade. The oversized firepit is a favorite spot for cocktails.

Perfect Tennis Getaway

This place was awesome. We went with another family and the layout was perfect for any group. There were 2 separate casitas that gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kids had endless activities to do on this beautiful property and we will definitely be back. The host, Layne, was very attentive and responded with an answer to all my questions promptly. I would highly recommend this place!

Amazing

We celebrated my father's 80th birthday here with our family of eight and this property was the ideal spot. The layout of the property and outdoor amenities -- the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and dining area -- were really perfect for our group. The bedrooms in the main house and two casitas were very comfortable and provided plenty of space and privacy. The location, being a short walk to the restaurants along N Palm Canyon Drive could not have been more convenient. And big thanks to Layne the property manager who was very responsive, and saved the day by getting us a last minute booking at a really fun restaurant when our outdoor reservation that night got canceled due to rain. We hope to be back!!

Amazing property!

We had a great time at the property. The outdoor amenities and location could not be beat. Really thoughtful and consider owner/manager. The interior could use some updating, but it has the 1960s design and charm, and was very clean.
