OUTDOORS offers a resort-style retreat, w/ unrivaled San Jacinto Mountain views, a huge pool & spa with a large Sun Self, built-in BBQ & Firepit, & games galore. Multiple pool floats & umbrellas are provided for your pleasure. And, help yourself to the fruit from the multiple organic fruit trees.

INSIDE rivals the outside with its breathtaking mountain views, sunlit rooms & high vaulted ceilings. The home was completely remodeled inside and out, and the rooms are stylishly decorated in Palm Springs fashion, with lots of color & high-end furnishings & décor. The floorplan has a free-flowing & inviting indoor-outdoor feel, perfect for lounging and dining, & hanging with friends & family. Smart TVs are in every bedroom, and a 75” “framed” Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar lives in the Great room. Or if that's not enough TVs, there is also a TV outside by the bar, which can also be viewed from the pool. Play a game of pool while watching TV or making a meal. The kitchen also has an open flow, and is well appointed w/ 2 ovens.

POOL
There is an additional fee of $75/night for pool heating + city taxes, and requires a 48-hour notice to get the pool to 87 degrees. There is no extra fee to heat the spa.

This home accommodates 1 pet for $150 total / stay + city taxes. Please include your pet when inputting guests and pets on your inquiry. Check with owner for option of bringing an additional pet.

CHILDREN
Children are welcome and we provide a high chair, a Pack n Play, dishes and an amazing sun shelf in the pool.

Amazing property perfect for families

Everything about this property was perfect for our family. We took a multigenerational trip and everyone from the 2 year old to the 80 year old was able to enjoy the space. The pool and hot tub were divine. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was awesome and helpful!

Can't recommend this place enough. If it had 6 stars, i would give it that. From the moment we got in touch with the owner during booking, to being met on arrival by Jerry, everything was beyond our wildest dreams. We went for weekend away for my wife's birthday with friends. Lots of teenagers. Super prompt with answers and communication. We were met on arrival by Jerry, given a tour. The lighting in the evening stunning, huge pool and spa lit up. Outdoor tv playing Taylor Swift, so the kids were happy! The house is like something out of a design magazine. Beyond beautiful and styish, it's amazing. Pool table, golf, horseshoe, SO much space inside and out. Kitchen had so many plates, knives, cups - sounds stupid, but half the rentals we go to never have enough.I've genuinely never been so impressed with a rental in my life. Everything has been thought of, HUGE bedrooms, wonderful vibe, just the perfect getaway place. HIGHLY recommend if you're lucky enough to find it available. Thank you for making this trip so special!

Amazing Palm Springs Stay!

This property was exactly as listed. The backyard was even better than the pictures portray. The kitchen and pantry were very well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. Such a great place for friends to spend a Palm Springs weekend.

Incredible property. We all had a blast. Just know you will hear a lot of traffic noise and the sound of planes taking off and landing every ten minutes. Each bedroom has a white noise machine that helps muffle the sound. Other than that it was perfect

Best vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The place is immaculate, beautifully decorated in Palm Springs flare, everything you need to cook or barbecue outside, andI love how the House surrounds the pool The most amazing part is the outdoors with the pool. It's sparkling and huge with fully gone palm trees and a beautiful view of the mountain. We heated the pool and that was a great idea cause we never wanted to get out of it. Fantastic place! Best vacation home ever!

We were in Palm Springs for our son's wedding. We wanted a place to stay with family and all enjoy each other without the stress of a hotel. This property was a dream. All kinds of fun activities, Fantastic pool and more space than we dreamed of. We keep talking about it and will definitely consider returning again! In fact we keep coming up with reasons to do it :). Terrific hosts and management. Can't say we loved it enough!.

We just returned from a family trip to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. House was clean and light and spacious and just felt really fun and Palm Springs-ish! We paid to heat the pool which was great because we were able to use in in December, despite the chilly temperatures. Outside space was just beautiful and my kids loved the putting green and the pool table. My only complaint is a silly and minor one - but couch was pretty uncomfortable so was tricky when we wanted to watch a family movie at night. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this house - we had a wonderful stay!

Amazing for adults and toddlers!

The yard is incredible. It is completely fenced in, safe, and clean. My 3yo and 1yo loved playing on the putting green and swimming in the pool. The mountain view is beautiful, and it was lovely to enjoy wine by the firepit. The house is perfect. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living area are spacious and clean (even better than in the pictures). We had access to everything we needed (washing machines, plenty of towels, shampoo, etc.). My one complaint is that cleanliness could be improved slightly (to bring it from a 9/10 to 10/10). I will disclose that I am pickier than most when it comes to cleanliness. When we used one of the showers for the first time, there was a large clump of light brown hair stuck to the wall. There were also drink rings on the stone table next to one of the beds. I cleaned up both of these things myself and it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, this is a superb home and the hosts are very easy to communicate with.

Great Palm Springs Home

Sheryl was very responsive and helpful. Jerry was also great in getting us checked into the house and answering any questions. The home was extremely clean and in great condition. It’s as beautiful as it appears in photos! There were plenty of towels, rafts/floats, games, kitchen tools & utensils, etc. There’s a large grocery about 2-3 minutes away. The only thing that wasn’t great is that you have airplane noise starting from early morning that flies over the house. It was a little bit of an issue the first morning but we had children with sound machines so we turned them up and wasn’t that big of a deal the next day. Also, the house is on a relatively loud road where you can hear passing cars, motorcycles, etc. when outside by the pool. However, we didn’t really mind because it actually makes it a little more “noise ordinance tolerant” since it masks what other parts of Palm Springs might consider a noise violation. Plus the waterfall from the pool helped mask the road noise a bit too. The property is fairly large, there was a vacant lot on one side, an access road on the back side, main road on the front (pool is technically in the front) so really only one home on the right side. Overall, it’s a wonderful vacation home that I’d highly recommend!!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT - the WOW factor!

Pictures don't do this place justice. This is a WOW! place. Extremely private and secluded. Quintessential Palm Springs hideaway. Our family and friends had the best time ever! Loved the huge house with high ceilings, has all the amenities, well stocked and you won't want to leave. Just an amazing experience and highly recommend.
