We had a lot of fun at Tedd's cottage even though the mosquitos were out in forces! Tedd was very fast in responding to all of my questions and the cottage was perfect for our friends and family getaway. Thank you Tedd!
Wonderful gently sloping landscaped waterfront cottage with plenty of sleeping and socializing hang out options. Great swimming and deck area. Sauna at water's edge was great skin smoothening relaxing time.
The cottage has all you could want and more. Leave the city behind but keep all the modern amenities. Has everything for those who want to be outside all day playing and for those who might like to stay inside and read, watch or cook. The waterfront is beautiful with a nice place on the dock for lounging, fishing and swimming. I highly recommend this place for families.

Thanks Bryan. Your family is welcome back anytime 😊
Everyone in our group was very happy with our stay at this cottage. There was something for everyone and room to spread out when needed. The weather was mostly good (which we were thankful for). And when it rained there was plenty to keep us occupied. All in all a very successful vacation.
Beautiful location. We went the second week of May and there were few other people around on the lake.
The cottage is very large, with comfortable sofas. There are two docks, one with armchairs and umbrellas.
There is a nice hot tub that seats two, and a sauna which we did not use.
We had such a fun and relaxing stay at this fantastic cottage. Everything was as the listing and pictures indicated and more. The kids loved all the lake activities and lawn games. Very quiet and peaceful lake with lots to do and explore. The owner was very helpful and appreciated that we treated the cottage like we would our home. We look forward to returning to this home away from home. It really has everything!

Thank you very much we are glad you enjoyed your stay you are welcome back anytime
We had a great time at Tedd’s place! Really nice cottage and great outdoors! There’s enough to keep everybody entertained for weeks! We lucked out in getting 30 degree weather and the ac unit in the dining room kept the main floor cool. We enjoyed using the hot tub, sauna, canoe and kayak! The water was lovely, and has a sandy entry too. We wish we were able to stayed longer, and hope to come back again!
This cottage comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy a lakeside experience. Nice lake that is easy to navigate, spacious dock, and various watercraft, suited to the most novice of boaters. The host is very prompt with answering any questions or addressing any concerns you may have. Despite the cool, rainy weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Tedd and family.

Thank you very much you guys are welcome to come back anytime
The location was beautiful, and peaceful. The only thing I can strongly suggest is bring lots of bug spray. Lounging by the lake, soaking in the hot tub , and drinks by the fire pit. From losing in scrabble. To walking the trails with my furbaby. It was a pleasant stay in a warm and cozy cottage. The weather was gorgeous for most of the stay. We absolutely hated leaving this gorgeous cottage with lots of greenery.
Our family had a great time and the weather was good. The cottage was cozy and very welcoming. There was lots of activities for all. Like paddle boating, canoeing and kayaks to use. Also lots of games for the family lawn darts, yard yatzee, corn hole and croquet. Also other activities to fo near by like seeing The Gut, we went to the Crystal Mines just in Bancroft which was fun. Coe hillhas a Food Mart in case you forgot something and an LCBO. Loved the thoughfullness of having extra chargers and the waterproof cases for your cell phones. Thank you again for hosting us Tedd we will definitely being going back again.
Our stay was amazing. Beautiful setting, great weather and lots to do on-site.
Our host was extremely prompt in his replies. He was helpful and was very friendly. Almost everything needed was on site. Our family, friends and dogs had a wonderful holiday! There were many things to do on the property but it was amazing to just sit on the docks admiring the scenery! Thanks Tedd.
Tedd's family retreat was spacious, cozy and with all the amenities you could hope for (private dock, outdoor sauna, hot tub!) Even though it rained during half of our stay - we did not run out of things to do and enjoy here. Tedd was great with communication throughout and we would not hesitate to stay again!

thanks kay. you and your group are welcome back any time.
We have booked several locations and different cottages and this was the first time we all loved everything about our experience. Everything you need for relaxation and rest and beauty. Owner was very nice to deal with and messaged back quickly. Will be going back, found my yearly serenity spot!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed are stay here. It was such a welcome retreat from city life. The setting is so beautiful and so tranquil. We could have sat for hours just gazing at the lake and the birds and the chipmunks.
The cottage was equipped with absolutely everything you could imagine - hot tub, canoe paddle board, paddle boat, slide, two docks, horseshoes, indoor board games, a bbq, a large outdoor grill, etc etc. Kids would have a blast here!
We took our 6 month old puppy and he had a great time in the lake and on the property.
Although it was just the three of us, we could have accommodated many more people quite comfortably.
We made a couple of Inquiries prior to booking and during our stay and Tedd was extremely prompt getting back to us.
Wonderful place. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay at this cottage! Location was great, on-site amenities were exactly as advertised, and the owner Tedd was very prompt his communication from start to finish. Would definitely visit again.

Why they chose this property
We have had guests return for 20 yrs. Once you experience it, you will want to return. It just feels like home, comfortable, whether sitting lakeside or around the fire pit, it is quite Zen.
What makes this property unique
We have a sauna at the waters edge, after heating up, take a splash off the dock, gives you a feeling that its good to be alive! . An outdoor hot tub to enjoy the stars. We have a screened in porch for dining or games night. It is a cottage for everyone, young and old, with no stairs to the lake. Shallow entry to a sandy bottom for the kids plus a slide. Deep water off the docks for diving.Sleeps 10
