Our home is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath Ocean-/Beachfront Condo depending on the tides. Watch the sunrise from your bedroom and sunset while you cook dinner inna fully furnished kitchen, or while you dine on our hand-carved, hand-varnished wooden table big enough for 8 people or over cocktails on the porch or living room. Watch the surfers or dolphins surf the waves daily or watch the tides and the ocean change throughout the day.

We provide enough dinnerware for 12, including silverware, and stemware with serving platters and bowls, and kitchen linens. We also provide a double toaster, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, blender and a mini heart waffle maker and bakeware. You will also receive a starter set of K-cups, dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid, sponge and paper towels. The fridge has a filtered water dispenser and the ice maker.

We provide a full set of bed linens and bath linens and starter set of soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid hand soap, hand sanitizer and toilet paper.

The living room is equipped with a 65” TV, a Blu-Ray Player, cable TV, Firestick, and a Wii console. We also have some board games for the family and high-speed internet with an extender to accommodate all your devices and working parents as well as homeschooling kids. Multi-socket and multi-USB panels are provided in every room as well as an Echo Dot for your convenience.

The master bedroom is furnished with a Cal-King Bed set. The master room is also equipped with a 55” smart TV and DVD player, his/her alarm clock with USB sockets and a projector clock. The guest room is furnished with a maple wood full/twin bunk bed set. This room is equipped with a 43” TV, antenna TV and DVD player and alarm clock.

There is a loveseat and 2 spring/swivel chairs and director’s chair for an unobstructed-view (above porch railing) of the sunset and ocean. It is equipped with a serving tray full of nautical treasures (treasures we have found on the beach outside) and a tabletop fire heater.

For your safety there’s a fire extinguisher in the kitchen and in the hallway closet. There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in every bedroom and hallway. We also provide touch-less check-in.
