Many of my fond childhood memories are here swimming, body/boogie boarding, surfing, surf-fishing and from the pier, volley ball, walking the beach after high tide looking for treasures, and of course the sun and fresh air. I take pride in my properties and am responsive to any of my guests needs. Because I am local, I deal with my guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Sooo much more!
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with this property: View View View! Resort style living! Beach and Bay access(7 min to walk). Open concept kitchen/living room, outstanding views of the canal to the left and ocean views to the right from two private balconies, two large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an abundance of natural light. Beautiful large clubhouse in complex for afternoon/evenings after nice beach day. It offers the heated pool & Hot tub area, outdoor shower to rinse sand salt/sand off, plenty of lounge chairs and tables to enjoy. Weather is usually great but this pool area "Is Vital Insurance" a great backup in case a day is cool or windy on beach. This alone is a major benefit to staying here that should not be overlooked! It has served my family well over the years when we stay at the property.
