About this property

Lakeside Escape

A lake front house on a 500 acre private lake with a dock on the property, 80 feet of shoreline, swimming in the cove under mature trees. Kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, and a swim pad are available for guest use. Separate fire pit area as well as deck and covered patio with a grill for outdoor enjoyment. Close to 1000s of acres of public hunting land, Graceland University, and a public golf course.

The space
Fishing is NOT allowed unless the guests are members of the association. Fines will be applied to renters who aren't members who fish at the lake. Only boats registered to the association members are allowed on the water.

WiFi is not provided but there is a Verizon tower near by and Verizon cell service is good. TVs are located in the house with DVD players, but cable is not available.
