Very nice apartment renovated in the fall of 2022, in Duplex for 6 people.
It is ideally located on the 6th and last floor of the Epicea residence. Close to the center of the resort, restaurants and shops. Large south-facing balcony offering a lovely panoramic view of the resort.
On the ground floor: Storage cupboard at the entrance, shower room (walk-in) with wc. Past the entrance, the living space is made up of an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) open to the dining area and the living room. stay. TV.
Upstairs, 1 bathroom with bath and wc.

Sleeps:
- A first small bedroom on the ground floor with 2 bunk beds
- 1 convertible double sofa bed in the living room, "rapido" type
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) and large storage cupboard.

Bruyant et mauvais état

Points positifs : - la vue et la très bonne exposition des fenêtres - proximité des commerces, des activités et du parking. - literie correcte, ainsi que oreillers et couettes récentes et propres. - cuisine : vaisselle et ustensiles en nombre suffisant. Points négatifs : - Bruyant la nuit : passage de toutes les chenillettes de la station en bas de l’immeuble - salles de bains hors d’âge, en très mauvais état : peintures écaillées, moisissures, etc - cuisine : pas de hotte … donc de multiples tâches de gras sous les meubles hauts - salon et escalier : canapé avec une housse vieille et limite propre, tâches sur les murs, moquette à moitié posée dans l’escalier, fenêtres non isolantes et moisies … Bref, pour le même prix, on doit pouvoir trouver mieux …
