About this property
Historic Victorian by the Sea
Elegant victorian by the sea awaits your family and invites you to enjoy the simple life of a bygone era just steps from the Atlantic and 11 miles north of Boston. Built in the late nineteenth century, this historic home was once part of the Mudge Estate, which was subdivided into parcels by the father of American Landscape Design, Fredrick Law Olmsted. Relax on the wrap around porch, tinkle the ivory’s on the baby grand, or bicycle on the ocean boardwalk. A large town green is steps away and home to our local farmers market and the historic Eliu Thompson Estate. Truly in the center of a quentessential New England coastal town. Walk to award winning restaurants, the Fisherman’s wharf and many local beaches. Life doesn’t get any better than this!
