Excellent séjour avec vue imprenable sur la mer
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de trois semaines à Casares, sur la Costa del Sol. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité de la mer, dans un immeuble récent, bien construit et très calme. Il offre une vue magnifique sur la mer, que l'on peut apprécier pleinement depuis la grande terrasse, très agréable à toute heure de la journée.
L'intérieur est parfaitement agencé, bien insonorisé et très bien équipé : vaisselle, électroménager, batterie de cuisine… tout est pensé pour un séjour confortable. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement et reste très discrète, même la nuit.
La piscine de la résidence est également un vrai plus : très agréable, jamais bondée, et nous avons toujours trouvé des chaises longues pour les cinq membres de notre famille. Une salle de sport climatisée et une salle commune, toutes deux avec vue sur la mer, sont aussi à disposition — parfaites pour s'entraîner ou partager un repas entre amis dans un cadre exceptionnel.
Quelques petits points à améliorer : nous n'avons pas réussi à ouvrir la table de terrasse pour l'agrandir. Le mécanisme de la porte d'entrée de l’immeuble était en panne, ce qui empêchait l’ouverture à distance via le parlophone, et nous obligeait à descendre à chaque visite. Enfin, à cinq personnes, une deuxième clé pour la porte d’entrée de l’appartement aurait été pratique.
Malgré ces détails, nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y retournerions sans hésiter !

Luxe appartement weg van de drukte
Het apartement ontbrak ons aan niets.
Het is ruim en heeft twee badkamers, een prima keuken,
Het is een groot apartment met een groot balkon.
Heerlijk om smorgens lekker bij te komen bij de zon's opkomst.
S'avonds daarentegen de zon aan de andere kant en dat is na een dag strand erg prettig.
Met een eigen parkeerplaats nr 19 en het complex is achter een gesloten hek geeft een gevoel van veiligheid.
Met laat inchecken en vroeg uitchecken missen we 1 dag , dit mag wel wat beter.
Zeker als je om 17:00 uur aankomt en het apartement is nog niet schoon.
We hebben de schoonmaakster geholpen met het wegbrengen van het vuil, welk ze in haar eigen auto moest vervoeren.
Zelf hebben we het apartement verder schoon gemaakt.

Heel mooi en goed uitgerust apparrement
Uitzicht was prachtig. Accommodatie heel goed schoon, net als het hele terrein. Alles wat maar nodig is, is aanwezig!
Alleen jammer dat er voor alle appartementen samen, maar 1 zwembad is. En de afstand tot het strand is verder dan dat het lijkt.
Aan het appartement niets!
Misschien een iets nettere omschrijving van afstand tot het strand.
