The house (semi-detached house) is centrally located in Roompot Park De Banjaard, a short distance from the center of the park with swimming pool, supermarket, restaurant, mini golf and playground.
The beach, which is only separated from the park by the dunes, is about 10 minutes on foot or even faster by bike.

1 bedroom with double bed and TV, guest toilet, bathroom with tub and shower partition, utility room with washing machine, storage room with additional fridge, fully equipped, open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge / freezer, microwave and convection oven.
