Beautifully appointed home for rent in Rio Verde. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Huge circular dining table with seating for 10. Two patios - one featuring a spa for hot tubs under the stars and both including a chiminea for cozy fires. Back patio has plenty of space for meals, reading and watching birds and the shadows on the mountains. Easy walk to community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball.

Julie was an amazing host. Very responsive and accommodating to some last minute requests due to weather changes. The home had everything we needed to host a family dinner and was very spacious. We loved this place and would definitely book again if we were staying in Rio Verde.

An Ultra Comfortable Space Before An Ultramarathon!

We were in town from out of state to run an ultramarathon nearby. This bright, spacious, clean, quiet home was the perfect space to come back to after a big physical effort. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area for any purpose.

Great Accommodations

Julie was great to work with and the house had everything we needed. The Rio Verde complex is wonderful and the residents are very friendly. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging by the community pool. We would definitely stay again.

Great, quiet location. Fun viewing desert birds (and javelina) from house. Good access to great mountain biking. Nice hot tub to help recover!

This house was perfect for our stay. Host was very responsive. Hot tub was great. Home nicely furnished. Bed was very comfortable. TV in bedroom is outdated but other than that, everything else was perfect.
