The one bedroom loft style apartment was wonderful! Clean, functional, comfortable and very convenient. So easy to walk downstairs from secure area to shops and restaurants.
Exactly how described. Perfect for a couple. Comfortable. Communication was great. Excellent location. Brewery is right below that is excellent.Only very minor thing- parking can be a bit of a task at busier times. Would 100% stay again and will next time we have a visit to Waynesville.
Park your car and walk to everything downtown Waynesville! Everything was close and as described. We love the location and the accommodations. We will stay again in the future!
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was perfect! The apartment is updated and has some Mountain View’s. Easy to enter off Main Street. Location is perfect to walk around shops and restaurants on Main Street.
Location ,cleanliness, apartment and communication with property manager were perfect !! We accidentally left our car keys in the apartment after checking out and response to assist us was OUTSTANDING ! A perfect place to stay - you won't regret.
Very clean and conveniently located within walking distance of all the great shops and restaurants in downtown Waynesville. There’s a great brewery located below the unit. Even with a band playing, noise was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again.
Waynesville is a great little town with lots of charm and plenty of things to do. This apartment was perfect for my wife and me. It was extremely clean and was in the center of the town.
Whenever we go to Waynesville this is where we stay. The owner is great to work with. The apartment is fantastic. Always very clean. Can't beat the location either. Walk to anywhere downtown. Highly recommend.
Literally right on top of everything Waynesville has to offer. So convenient to walk right out of the apartment and having everything right there and never having to get back in the car the entire weekend. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
This property is in a fabulous location! It is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. We did not do any cooking on this stay, but if you needed to the kitchen is well stocked. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with soap and shampoo - which came in very handy as I had forgotten mine at home. My husband has a habit of critiquing construction work everywhere we go - he points out imperfections the average joe would not notice. He mentioned several times over the weekend how nice the apartments were - ie the workmanship and materials used. In all our years I have never heard this from him lol. So I would say book this place you will not be disappointed. We will stay here every time we visit.
PS. The noise from the Gem was not an issue as some others have mentioned.
What can I say I arrived the afternoon after Helene went through Waynesville. The unit had power but no internet or cell service. I was able to stay for two nights but had no way to communicate to my family I was safe, was getting low on cash so felt it best I return home. Reached out to the owner a bit after I got home to see if I could rebook the unused days for a letter date. No response. I wasn’t asking for a refund and would have been okay with them responding with a no, but felt I was due a response. Oh well. Now this review is NOT based on their lack of response but how it felt to be there with nothing to do but read. Their lighting is terrible for trying to read both in the living area and the bedroom. Also, nothing homey about this unit. No special touches like most other places have. While I loved Waynesville and came to look about moving there, I can say without a doubt, Waynesville is amazing, resilient, super kind people and a place I will return. Just not in this unit or with this unresponsive owner.
It’s our third time staying here. Right in middle of downtown. Could hear the band on Friday and Saturday night but not bad with noise makers. Only complaint neighbor across or next door at 6:40 am Sunday morning loud banging.
