Cold stay

Building is in poor condition. It is a 4th floor walk up which is not stated in description, it was not a problem for me but people with mobility issues would have a problem. The apartment is clean. I was there in January and the apartment would not get warm. It has 4 heaters but with all set on high is was uncomfortably cold.
