This completely renovated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Semi-Oceanfront Beach House sits less than 100 ft from the Corolla soft sandy beach. This hone is sure to please with views of the ocean and a lot of room for the whole family. This home offers ample outdoor space with a private pool open from May 18th through October 19th (heated pool FREE from May 18th - June 22nd and Aug 24th - Oct 19th. The pool heater will auto shutoff if the outside temp gets below 60 degrees at night.) New pool deck with bar area and mini fridge, Fire pit and TV. Fun includes playing ping pong or corn-hole and numerous hang out areas for the kids. The well-equipped brand new kitchen will make the cooks of the group happy with a large island and double dishwashers. This Beach House was setup with the guests in mind including a private cleaner that ensures a clean house with linens and bath towels included with all rentals.
Automatic early check in included with every booking.

This 5th bedroom includes a King bed and twin bed in the bedrooms sitting area. Connected bathroom with large tile shower.
We made this home ideal for the young children in the group as well as teenagers and adults of all ages. We took the time to try and think of everything to accommodate all families. We hope your family loves this as much as ours does.
Please note that there will not be toiletries provided at the home. We include linens for the beds, A bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest and kitchen towel. Please remember to pack all other necessities for your trip.

Our Family Purchased this property in Dec of 2021 and started the renovations right away. We love finding properties that need love and attention and making them ours for our family and to share. We have two boys that are 6 and 8 that we want to grow up taking family vacations to the Ocean.
Why they chose this property
We saw the location of this property and knew that if we could not be ocean front this was as close as it could get... The beach is "almost" in our backyard! We knew this home had many of things we wanted and could truly make this our own.
What makes this property unique
Close to the Ocean for kids to have an easy walk. Love the view and location as well as the space and privacy this property offers. The heated pool is an absolute must in the spring and fall! Our family loves using the pool even when the weather is a bit chilly out!
