Live as a local in this just remodeled home located in an XVIII Century building - next to Old San Juan's most famous street: San Sebastian.

The apt. is 15' away from SJU Airport and walking distance to the Cruise Terminals - Highly recommended if you are sailing on a cruise after your stay.

Old San Juan is an enchanted area: full of colored buildings; the Castle "San Felipe del Morro" and forts; typical Puerto Rican restaurants and bars; famous neighborhood "La Perla"; and walking distance to your favorite shops - Marshalls, Walgreens, Gift shops, local shops, etc.

Our building is located just on the north side of Old San Juan, near the most historic fort in the island, El Morro.

Expected more, from what the ad stated.

The apartment was nice, loved the old architecture. The location was excellent, with in walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and night life. The apartment did not meet up to my standards, the floors were dirty. There was lint/fuzz all over the floors, kitchen floor needed mopping. Which I did clean up. That realy disappointed me. I should not have to clean before i unpack. That is why there is a cleaning fee. Dont expect a hot shower, luke warm at the best. Very, very limited supplies. Nor much at all in the kitchen to prwp youe own meala. Tou only gwt onw bath towel/wash cloth per person foe thw 5 nights we stayed. The communication, well there was non.

Awesome time

The property was clean and authentic to the Old San Juan neighborhood with good AC and WiFi. We really appreciated the neighborhood. We especially like all the restaurants along Calle de San Justo, including Café Manolín, which was our regular breakfast spot, just down the hill.
