This is why it is essential that the guest staying at the property is the same person who makes the reservation or has direct access to the Vrbo account. Regarding parking, our listing clearly states that the property does not offer private parking, but rather “free street parking,” exactly as described in the advertisement. As observed, guests may park in front of the property, specifically in front of the laundry area, which is consistently available as it is an entry point. As for the location, the listing description is clear and transparent and does not present the neighborhood as exclusive or private. As you mentioned in the note left at the property, our previous reviews have been excellent. This is because past guests took the time to carefully read the listing description and arrived with expectations aligned with what is offered, often receiving more than what was promised. We recommend that for future bookings, guests carefully review the full listing description to ensure the property meets the needs and expectations of their group. Lastly, it was a pleasure hosting you and assisting the individual who completed the check-in, even though they did not have access to the platform, in order to facilitate their entry. Greetings; we appreciate that you have taken a few minutes of your time to leave us your evaluation. As well indicated, he could not cancel his stay because the reason was a delay in his flight and due to Vrbo's policies it is not a cause or major reason nor is it under the control of the hosts. Even so very kindly we decided to give you complimentary an additional day in your stay and a late check out that finally became 2 free days of stay for you. While it is true that you informed us the day after your arrival that there was water on the floor of one of the bathrooms you indicated that there was no problem that you had dried it and that everything was fine; for that reason the corresponding team did not show up to verify (if a guest does not allow entry to an accommodation we cannot help). As for finding a stove with 2 burners; in the description of our ad even in the photos it is clearly shown and described what is offered in the kitchen. Like previous guests, we understand that we have a fully equipped and functional kitchen with stove, microwave oven, air fryer, rice cooker. Your group of 2 I understand had more than you might need since we hosted groups of 6 people and we have not had any complaints. The neighbourhood as indicated in our Santurce ad is a very popular and picturesque neighbourhood of San Juan. As the neighbours say, everything is fine. The dryer is used with $3 per wash. I'm sorry I didn't know how to use the equipment.
