The living area has an open floor plan, a formal dining area with seating for eight, a kitchen with a bar and breakfast nook, and additional seating. The main suite features a king-size bed, a twin sleeper chair, and an attached private bath with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a hall bath with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The second guest bedroom has a queen and a double bed, and the fourth guest bedroom features a twin over a double bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. These two guest rooms share a hall bath with a corner shower.

Adjacent to the living room is a sunroom with additional sleeping arrangements, including two double-sleeper sofas and a twin sleeper chair. It's an excellent space for watching movies, playing games, or sharing stories! The living room also has a twin sleeper chair if needed.

The property's backyard is a haven of amenities, including an enclosed area with a privacy fence, a screen-covered swimming pool, a sandy beach area, and more. - The minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, and they must be present during the entire stay.
- Small dogs weighing 25 lbs or less are welcome, but management must approve when booking with a 2-dog, 25 lb limit. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 and a waiver will be required.
- A $50 per day fee for pool heating must be prepaid (not available in the Summer).
- This is a nonsmoking property, and smoking is forbidden on the premises.
