The condo is just a block from Olas Altas street, and 1.5 blocks to Los Muertos beach. If you have mobility issues, there is a funicular that can take you up and down the stairs, our building also is wheelchair accessible. Many great restaurants all within walking distance, plus Cafetalito is right next door, you can have your breakfast there if you like, very good food and coffee! Or order food at poolside from an exclusive menu.

The condo building is very well maintained and we have 24/7 security as well!
