The house is lovely and within close driving distance to Carmel, Monterrey, the 17 Mile drive and other sites. Bedrooms were big, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a great visit.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood yet so close to town and our planned destinations. We loved the large living space and wasn’t expecting the guest house, but it worked out well.

Wow. We had a family of 8 stay here, and everyone raved about it. We’ve stayed in over a dozen VRBO homes and this one is the absolute best. It’s in a great location to see Carmel, Monterey, and all the surrounding towns and activities. It is the best stocked home we have ever rented. From the kitchen to the pantry to the bathrooms, this home had everything you could want. And Marcelo was an excellent contact who gave us so much info when we checked in and answered the only one question we had very promptly. If available, this will be the only property we book when we stay in the Carmel/Monterey area. It is the best.

Beautiful house in the neighborhood above Carmel by the Sea. Perfect for a family - lots of bedrooms with comfy beds and several with attached bathrooms, including one with a bathtub. Great relaxing space in the spacious living room for watching movies on TV and fun playroom with darts and ping pong. The firepit in the deck was a favorite spot for making s'more's. The included beach chairs came in very handy for our visits to the local beaches.

Mystic Wave was a beautiful home. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. Kitchen was well stocked and the grandsons really enjoyed the S’mores fixings! Bedrooms and Baths were large and comfortable. Oldest grandson enjoyed having the ADU all to himself.
