About this property

spacious holiday home for 9 people with sauna and cellar bar in Kirchberg

We offer space for 9 people in our neat and comfortable house on approx. 200 m². On the ground floor there is a cozy living / dining room with TV (satellite reception) as well as a spacious open kitchen (with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, coffee machine and microwave oven) and a toilet. On the 1st floor there are 2 of the 4 bedrooms (2 of them with approx. 19m² each, 2 bedrooms with approx. 15m² each), bathroom with bathtub and shower and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower. 2 further bedrooms can be found on the 2nd floor. You will also find space for fun and relaxing hours in our spacious basement bar with sauna, wellness shower and relaxation area.
Our large terrace and the garden offer space to relax. Since our property is completely fenced, there is sufficient and safe play area for our little guests.
The ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the house (approx. 50m). The center of Kirchberg and numerous restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

alles in allem sehr schön, eine kleine Kritik nur, die Möglichkeit der Skistiefeltrocknung ist leider nicht für 8 Personen ausreichend wenn man jeden Tag Ski fährt...ansonsten nochmal danke für alles

Das Haus ist super geeignet für einen Familienurlaub. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hat bereits im vorraus schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Für kleine Kinder sind Gitterbetten und Hochstühle vor Ort, toll. Die Lage ist sehr zentral man erreicht vieles Fußläufig und auch der Skibus ist nicht weit weg. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit. :)

enkele onderdelen in huis zijn aan onderhoud of vervanging toe , verder prima in orde goede keuken van alles voorzien , gastvrouw was vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam , leuke en goede restaurands in de buurt , ook winkels op loopafstand , wat belooft was in het verblijf was er ook , dikke duim

Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus

Tolles Haus für eine große Familie oder eine Reise mit Freunden. Das Haus liegt mitten im Ort, der Garten ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Er ist umzäunt, sodass auch kleine Kinder ohne Bedenken im Garten spielen können. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Heerlijk ruim huis op goede locatie

Heel fijne vakantie gehad in Ferienhaus Staffner! Mooie ruime slaapkamers en voldoende douches(3). Skibus bijna voor de deur en eigen parkeerplaatsen voor de auto’s. Het huis staat in de hoofdstraat en daar is druk verkeer. Ze rijden er met name erg hard door het mooie dorp vonden wij. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, alleen het fornuis en de oven (ging steeds uit) zijn misschien wel aan vervanging toe. Wij hebben een topweek gehad in huize Staffner!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren eine kleine Reisegruppe von 8 Personen (davon ein Kleinkind) und waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir durften sogar die Waschmaschine benutzen, das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter. Die Lage ist top, man erreicht schnell das Zentrum von Kirchberg und ist auch sehr schnell beim Skibus bzw. bei der Gondel.

heerlijke vakantie gehad

Zeer ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligging kort bij het centrum en de skibus. Aan drukke weg, maar daar heb je geen last van door de goede ramen en dikke muren. Eigen omheinde tuin, ook perfect met de hond. Op loopafstand van 2 goede supermarkten. Ga graag weer terug.

Big family house on a nice location

Het huis ligt midden in Kirchberg, het is ruim opgezet, grote woonkamer met open keuken (met alles erin wat je kunt bedenken) waardoor je altijd gezellig bij elkaar kunt zijn. Beneden tevens een leuke bar met goede sauna en mooie douche. De slaapkamers zijn prima en de gastvrouw aanwezig wanneer je erom vraagt. Enige 2 nadelen zijn het feit dat het huis langs de weg ligt (dus je hoort 's nachts auto's rijden) en dat de bedden niet super lekkere matrassen hebben. Ondanks dat absoluut een huis dat ik zou aanraden aan andere mensen.
