Layout of the house was perfect for our family, kids and their toys all stayed downstairs. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great access to the beach and restaurants.

Great house steps from beach

We stayed with our 2 kids, our friends and their two kids. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the close beach access. The house was comfortably sized for 8 people. It is centrally located with several restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing location and house!!!

Easy check in, the house was beyond our expectations!! It had plenty of room and great views of the sunrise - although the beach access was so close we went there to get our photos. It is close to all your shopping needs, I recommend the Harris Teeter for your groceries and Miller’s for your dining (800 ft from the house). Pool and hot tub were a great amenity and if you have someone who has mobility issues the elevator is perfect for them! Book it!!

So relaxing with a little surprise!

Great home, lots of space to spread out or pack a big family in! Great location, short walk to beach, restaurants, and ice cream! We were gifted with a better than average view because 2 houses were torn down across the street which gave us an ocean view. It was worth the noise of the demo group. The hot tub needed some help but we were told they are waiting for new hot tub but like everything in 2021 it is back ordered. 🤦‍♀️ The home was perfect. They only snag was we didn’t have great communication w/ the mgmt co. They never alerted us of when the house was ready even after I called to make sure they had my number. And I don’t think they appreciate us using a 3rd party (VRBO). Beyond the lack of communication we had a blast! Great home!!!

Nice place

Nice house and plenty of room for my family. Overall nice place and furnished nicely. The cleaning service should be replaced. They emptied their vacuum in the driveway by the front door. There were 3 trash cans only 15 feet away. Crackers and crumbs under furniture in several rooms that could have been vacuumed if furniture was moved slightly. There were gummy items ground into carpet in one bedroom. The bag on the vacuum at the house was so full the vacuum wouldn’t pick up any more crumbs.

Great space, bring everything you need

I’ll start by saying that the property is better than in the pictures- spacious and great view. The bed blankets could use updating and we literally had one bath towel per person for the whole week. One disappointment- but not a deal breaker- there was NOTHING there. We rent homes a lot and always have basic necessities. There was no coffee filters, trash bags, dishsoap, no trash can downstairs or by pool, no floaties (a couple noodles). We waited 3 days for elevator to be fixed (had parents and lots to carry) and the owners finally turned on 2nd floor air conditioner the 4th day there remotely (bottom and middle floor were sticky and warm!). The upstairs master TV could not connect to wifi. The managing property was awesome and once everything was working, it was great. Plenty of space- fantastic kids space. We flew family in from across country and had a great time!

Affordable, roomy beach home

We needed an elevator as we had ages 9months (twins) to 91 and all that goes with. Public beach access was a nearby short walk. Road noise is my only complaint. We will visit this property again if KDH is our destination.
