Updated quiet condo, great for swimming, fishing, and watching the sunsets.

Wade into the pool, which is just a few short steps from your door. If you prefer lake swimming, this condo is located on a no-wake cove so there is a very large area for you to float around without big boat waves. You can walk into the lake from the shore and swim out to the swim dock. Tennis court on property, Four Seasons golf course down the street. MM2 by all the action. Close to terrific restaurants and the strip.

One bedroom queen bed with master bath and two twin fold out beds in family room make for a nice two person or small family getaway. The second bathroom is rare for the one bedrooms in this area but this unit has it. A/C central air unit is new and will keep you cool while you sleep. Ceiling fans and box fan are available for those that like the white noise.

Full galley kitchen with dishes, plastic ware for the pool, dishwasher, microwave. Washer /dryer in unit - very handy to pop the swimsuits & towels in the dryer vs hanging them all over the bathroom.

The quiet deck, 2nd tier amongst the trees overlooking the lake, is screened in, keeping the bugs out. The deck also has lights and a ceiling fan, making it a nice spot for a morning coffee or a evening romantic dinner.

Great getaway!

This was a perfect getaway for 2 teacher friends to unwind. The pool was right outside our door. Very few properties have lake access for floaties etc., so that was a bonus too. The screened porch was perfect for bug-free relaxing in the evenings. We will be back!

We stayed at this location for a brief mini vacation. It is a beautiful condo, well stocked with all our needs. The pool is just steps away. Or if you prefer to swim in the lake, there is access right down the hill. I would definitely stay here again

Very happy with the property. You can see the lake and pool from the covered back porch! It is very close to lots of the swim up bars that we were wanting to visit! I had trouble getting into the place when I first got there but the host was quick and responsive! Great choice!

Great place to stay

This is the cutest condo, the pictures are exactly what it really looked like in person. It was perfect for me and my husband. It’s second tier and located right next to the swimming pool. The complex is small and quiet, exactly what I had hoped for. It’s a short drive from the top of HH so it’s located very close to restaurants and shopping. Amy was an excellent hostess and even sent an email to check in and make sure everything was going well. I recommend this place and would stay there again.
