The “Côté Mer” duplex is ideal for a holiday with your feet in the sand.



Located in the beautiful Nettle Bay Beach Club residence on the beach, facing the Caribbean Sea with views of Anguilla and La Belle Créole. “Côté Mer” will seduce you so that you spend an unforgettable vacation.



The residence has 4 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts.



In the immediate vicinity you will find a mini-market, a bakery, a pharmacy, beach restaurants, watersports, etc.



“Côté Mer” is fully air-conditioned but also very well ventilated naturally.



The “Cote Mer” house consists of two master suites with a king-size bed and a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom with toilet. A fully equipped kitchen area, a dining area, and a living room await you.



A large private terrace on the beach with garden furniture, table and deckchairs as well as a rooftop terrace will allow you to relax to the rhythm of the waves while enjoying the view.



We live next door to the house and will be available if you have any questions or needs.

Great location, great host

Good location not far from nice beaches (Mullet Bay) and groceries nearby. Host very responsive and helpful. The unit is beautifully decorated and convenient.

Vacation House by the Ocean

Great 3 bed vacation home next to the ocean and pool. Very responsive owner representative which is greatly appreciated. Good accommodations for 6 of us without being crowded. No seaweed issues, nice little cove area. Great restaurant choices within 15 min drive and overall easy access to the island (you will need a rental car).
