Washer and dryer inside of unit. Security at front door. El Dorado building is a historic landmark building. Once a hotel back in the 1910's where the likes of Charlie Chaplin and old Hollywood socialites hung and out lived. The El Dorado Lofts is what had originally been the old Hotel Stowell. When the Hotel Stowell first opened its doors on Spring Street in 1914, the area was rapidly gaining a reputation as “The Wall Street of the West.” The apartment has history and you can feel this history when staying in the space.
