At 900 m above sea level, magnificent new chalet of 100 m2, very bright, with open views of the mountains, totally private with a large outdoor space. Only on one level (the top is not fitted out), it is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Ideal for groups of 2 to 8 people, it has 2 large bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room with walk-in shower, a laundry room, a large living space ...

Located in the heart of the Aravis massif and 5 minutes from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, it is 30 minutes from Annecy and its lake and 1 hour from Geneva, Chamonix and Megève.

The Chalet was easy to find and the views were stunning. There was everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

A cosy retreat.

C'était un endroit charmant à partir duquel nous avons exploré la région. Le chalet est joliment aménagé, et comme il a plu toute la semaine, c'était tout aussi bien - on s'y sentait très bien, à l'abri du mauvais temps. Le calme, la tranquillité, la propreté, le confort, un accueil charmant sous une pluie battante. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour.

Relaxing and unique VRBO with beautiful view.

This VRBO was wonderful for our family because of the beautiful views and location. The beds were comfortable and the rental was well cleaned and decorated.
