Relax in this fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 story oceanfront home in St. Johns County. This beautiful oceanfront home has two separate living spaces. Each floor is totally independent of the other. The second floor offers a beautiful master bedroom with a king size bed, sleeper chair (for one), a sitting area and bathroom with shower and tub. Also located on the second floor is another bedroom with a queen size bed, updated bathroom, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The views from the second floor are breathtaking! The private deck has rocking chairs for you to rock your stress away as you enjoy the colorful sunset! The private first floor apartment offers one bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. The living area has a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The first floors has a private entry and separate access to the ocean. This home is perfect for families seeking privacy and separate living spaces. The home is tastefully decorated with modern conveniences such as flat screen televisions and wireless internet. The second floor sleeps 4-6 and the first floor sleeps 4. This home offers private parking for up to 4vehicles. The second floor is only accessible via the front enclosed staircase. Historical St. Augustine is only 3 miles away. Gas grill and outdoor shower are also offered. This beautiful home is perfect for your family getaway!
(Windows are to remain closed.) Although accommodations permit more guests, WE LIMIT GUESTS TO 6 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN. If more than 6 guests, there is a $100.00. PER PERSON charge. THERE IS A PET FEE OF $175 PER ANIMAL. Only two automobiles allowed by ST. Johns County. Beach access to the left side of the house.

This beach front home was PERFECT for our family vacation! There were 3 couples on our trip but it could accommodate more easily. Fully stocked and everything in good working condition. We were able to cook most meals there and the grill was great, they even had extra propane tanks for you, most places we have stayed before that was an added expense for us if it ran out on us. They even had beach chairs / toys so we didn’t have to buy any of that stuff to enjoy our time on the beach. The host was extremely nice and we had great communication the whole time with any questions we had. I think the location was fantastic, it wasn’t right next to a public access so you really felt like you had your own private beach. Short drive got us to a grocery and Kyle’s fresh fish market for meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Communication with the host, Janet, was superior. She answered questions I had months before our our visits and reached out to me to make me aware of things during our stay. Upon arrival we were greatly pleased to find the property is exactly as described and photographed. Being able to see and hear the ocean from the deck was my favorite part. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals- including pantry space to store our non-perishables. (Many homes don’t have anywhere to store food and the counters end up cluttered, so I really appreciated the pantry. The downstairs “apartment” was a great space for my adult son and his friend. They could hang out, and come and go as they pleased while still easily being able to join us for meals and games. The decor is a fun blend of elegance, coastal, and mid-century - maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but we found it delightfully similar to our own home. Being able to walk straight out to the beach and easily walk back when we needed a break/meal was wonderful. The path directly from the house is a little challenging because the sand is so soft, but the path right beside the house is an easy alternative. We have already started looking at the calendar for next year. I would 100% stay here again.

Janet was awesome! Fast responding and friendly! The house was wonderfully decorated and clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. It literally was like walking into your own house just needed to bring your clothes and food. We will definitely rent again!

Perfect vacation home

We absolutely loved this house. It was clean, well stocked, and the location is amazing! The beach is clean and quiet and the kids (and adults) loved the waves! The house has a great deck and we spent every evening in the rocking chairs watching dolphins swim by. Overall the house and location were perfect, we will definitely be back!

Great house/great location

My wife and I thoroughly loved this property. Fantastic beachfront and excellent view from the deck. Sadly, due to beach erosion we had to use another method to enter the beach area but honestly, it was no big deal as it is right beside this house. Will visit again!
