Beach House in Vilano Beach, St. Augustine - 1 Minute Walk to Beach!

Just a few steps from the house to the ocean and a 5-minute walk to the Intracoastal Waterway, this quiet but trendy area of Vilano Beach / North Beach is popular for surfing, paddleboarding, surf fishing, shark teeth hunting, and much more. There are many great restaurants within minutes that you can either walk, bike, or drive to.

Our private and comfortable home is 4.5 miles (10-minute drive) to the fun & activity-filled oldest town in America, St. Augustine! The Vilano Beach pier is a 2-minute car drive away (or 40-minute beach walk) where you'll find a Publix Grocery Store, liquor store, a Bait & Gear store, a local pub, and great restaurants. It is a 20-minute drive to the home of the PGA at TPC Sawgrass and a 2-hour drive to Orlando (Disney, Universal, Orlando airport, and more).

There is an oversized king bed in the main bedroom with a private bath, and a charming private patio to enjoy magnificent sunsets. There is a middle bedroom with 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. The 2 bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower. The private, fenced backyard includes a BBQ grill and outdoor dining table and chairs for 6.

The kitchen has everything you need! And, enjoy lounging in the family room on the reclining sofa.

The garage has space for up to 2 vehicles, and there is additional parking in the driveway for 2-3 vehicles.

Everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation is here! You will find 4 adult bikes and 1 child's bike with helmets, beach chairs, and an abundance of toys for building sandcastles. All towels, linens, toiletries, laundry, cleaning supplies, phone chargers, and more are included for you to enjoy!

Our group of friends had a delightful stay here. Comfortable, with plenty of amenities, and so close to the beach. Publix is just a couple miles down the road, two great restaurants within walking distance, and you feel removed from the hustle and bustle of St Augustine, but still within striking distance.

Loved everything about this house in Vilano Beach. Maria pays attention to details, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Just cross the road and you're on the wide expansive beach. Close walking distance to great restaurants. A short drive to St. Augustine which is a food haven and the history is impressive. We are coming back next year.

We had so much fun. The house is in a perfect location, down the road from the grocery store, walking distance to aunt Kate‘s. The beach is across the street, beach, chairs, and coolers were available to us. Able to easily get Ubers. We had fun cooking together and a nice eating area and we did take out pizza one night. Just a great space and a really good time. Would 100% stay again!

A great birthday getaway for my wife. Host Maria arranged for flowers (Roses), cake (Creme de la Cocoa); and champagne at my request, so I could surprise my wife. Location was perfect for access to the beach and other venues which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house had all the amenities, it was clean, and slept our family of 5 very comfortably. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great vacation house
