Tennis, pickleball, and basketball, heated pool, theater room, fitness center, game room, office space, open floor plan, garage, parking for 20 vehicles. You have full access to the home! The gourmet kitchen, theater room, three laundry rooms, fitness center, office space, and recreational amenities.The entire home is accessible to guests! Make yourself at home!
The immediate area offers hiking trails, golf, restaurants, movie theaters, bowling, shopping. Cubs spring training games are approximately 5 miles from the home, Scottsdale and all it has to offer is 10 minutes away.
Several car services are available in the area. For those having their own vehicle, parking is generally free.

This Home is absolutely amazing. It is such a perfect size for a large group. We had plenty of space with 28 people. The location is perfect! If we do an all family trip again we will definitely be renting this home!

Scott was an outstanding host. Responded to the few inquires we had very promptly. This property is well situated near the 202 Freeway, so easy to around this large city. The property is understated in the listing, as all the rooms were huge. The basketball/pickleball courts were a real hit with our crew. The pool, hot tub, & fire pit & pitch & putt were also a huge hit. Our 14 grandchildren utilized the games room & movie room were also heavily used. The adults used all of the above as well. There was a lovely kitchen or 3 for food prep and lots of space to sit & enjoy our meals. The hot tub area & patio weee excellent for shade in the hot pm. We would highly recommend for a family reunion or as was our case a family vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would give this home more than five stars if we could! It was the perfect setup for multiple families—there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and still come together comfortably.The layout was ideal, with multiple kitchens that made meals easy and convenient, and plenty of washers and dryers which was such a bonus with a large group. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for a stress-free stay.The pool access, basketball court, putting greens ....all were a huge highlight—perfect for both relaxing and keeping the kids entertained. It truly felt like a vacation oasis.Communication with the host was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group or multiple families. Such a fantastic experience!

Scott was a terrific host. Extremely responsive to any questions or issues. We had a 2 year old with us and Scott quickly put up a security fence around the pool. Great amenities throughout the house. The property is so large with so many things to do that we occasionally had difficulty finding each other.

We have been going on golf trips for 35 plus years and this house and its property and grounds was quite possibly the nicest house we ever stayed in. Was it perfect no. But no house that's strictly for rentals ever is. But it was great, the beds were super comfortable there was tons of space and to a man every one loved the place

This place was perfect for our group of 34 people spread among 3 generations. Every family had a room and with several rooms having more than one bed, everyone had a bed. What's more, everyone had a chair or stool to sit at in one of the three adjacent dining areas so we could all be together at meal time. The place was very clean, and the wide range of entertainment options, from the pool to the hot tub to the tennis/pickleball/basketball court to the golden tee machine to the theater room to the game room with pool, ping pong and air hockey meant there was stuff to keep people entertained the whole week we were there. There's a large side lawn for kids to run and play and lots of other little details we weren't aware of until we got there. The place is one in a million and it's going to be tough to beat for future reunions. Usually we try to go to different parts of the country, but I wouldn't surprise me if we just decided to come back.

Annual Golf Trip

We had 16 guys come out to Arizona for our annual golf trip. The accommodations were great! The heated pool and hot tub were great after 36 holes of golf! We greatly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to next year!.

Great house - just as advertised

This house was a great fit for our large group, even in the hot summer climate. A/C worked great, the pool was in frequent use, and we loved the layout. We've sometimes found that houses that sleep this many people are somehow short on table space, but this house had lots of seating and we could spread out a bit. We'll be back next year!
