Hi John, Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the house and its prime location. One of the things guests love about this rare 10-bedroom estate is the ability to host large groups while saving thousands compared to booking multiple resort hotel rooms in this high-demand Scottsdale/Phoenix area. At ScottsdaleStays, we provide full-service care—including professional cleaning, weekly pool and landscaping maintenance, and 24/7 local support—so every stay is seamless and enjoyable. Hi David, Thank you for the great review and for choosing ScottsdaleStays for such a special celebration. We’re glad your group enjoyed the backyard amenities and had enough activities and space to keep everyone entertained throughout the stay. That’s exactly what these large private estates are designed for — giving groups the ability to relax, celebrate, and spend quality time together without feeling crowded or needing to leave the property. We also appreciate you mentioning our responsiveness. As one of the largest owners of private group estates in the area, we work hard to provide fast local support so guests can fully enjoy their experience. It’s amazing that groups can often stay in a multimillion-dollar private estate with resort-style amenities for a cost comparable to just a few hotel rooms in Scottsdale. We’d love to host you again in the future. ScottsdaleStays

Hi Jason, Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re thrilled your group had a great stay during the WMPO golf tournament and enjoyed both the spacious bedrooms and the backyard hangout. Hi Brett, Thank you so much for the incredible review—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! We love hearing that the kids were all-in within the first 10 minutes—that’s exactly the kind of reaction we hope for. From the sports courts to movie nights in the theater and relaxing by the pool with games on, it sounds like you made the most of everything the home has to offer. At ScottsdaleStays, our goal is to create a private resort-style experience where families and groups can connect, unwind, and have fun without ever needing to leave the property. Our full-time local service staff works hard behind the scenes to ensure everything is clean, ready, and running smoothly so guests can focus on enjoying their time together. We’re grateful you chose to stay with us for your family getaway, and we’d love to host you again anytime—hopefully for another “we want to live here” weekend! Thanks again, ScottsdaleStays Team

Beth, We take guest feedback seriously, but it’s important to provide accurate context for future travelers. You requested and were granted an early check-in; however, as communicated, early access is dependent on prior guest departure timing and final service completion. When concerns were raised, our team responded immediately and continued to do so throughout your stay. In fact, service teams were dispatched repeatedly—over a dozen visits—including housekeeping, maintenance, pool, and electrical—to address each item as it was brought to our attention. Every reasonable request was handled in real time, which reflects our commitment to guest service. This is a large, high-traffic luxury estate, and while occasional maintenance items can arise, they were actively resolved. At no point was the home uninhabitable, and your group completed the full stay. Regarding refunds: requests made after a fully serviced and completed stay—particularly when issues were addressed promptly—do not align with Vrbo policy or standard hospitality practices. We stand behind the quality of our homes and our service response. That said, we may not be the right fit for guests seeking a highly reactive or compensation-driven experience. —ScottsdaleStays
