Cozy and clean

The Amber House was very cozy, clean and a great home away from home. It had everything we needed for the stay. We especially enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing on the patio. The hosts were responsive and wonderful to work with!

I will definitely return to this rental if I visit Boise area again. The house is clean and comfortable. Exactly like the pictures and description. The neighborhood is nice and close to shops, restaurants, and the interstate.

Family Visit

We stayed almost three weeks. The house was clean and well maintained. The owners reached out to see if we needed anything. The neighborhood was in a convenient location. We would definitely consider renting here again when we are back in Boise.

Modern Mid-Century Marvel

I fell in love with the property the moment I opened the door. It’s absolutely adorable, retro deco perfect, in a quiet location central to everything. Mary is great. The home is so clean with everything you might need and more. If and when I return, I hope I can book this property again. So happy with my stay!

Family Visit

This Boise home is truly a treasure for those who appreciate mid century restorations. Super clean & well maintained. Nice size for couple or small family & but also grand for an individual traveler. The extra amenities like the lovely large yard, patio, & cruiser bikes really add to the charm. The neighborhood is quiet & low traffic though just a few blocks from major thoroughfare access. I hope to have the opportunity to revisit this property in Boise.

Super cozy, clean, and comfortable

This property was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and made us feel right at home. The outdoor space was perfect to sit out and relax. The location was easy to get to and conveniently located to so many things in Boise. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Being from Arizona it was a nice change to have cool weather! The snow was beautiful and the landlords made sure we were safe by having the driveway plowed when needed. We would visit again!

Home was super clean. convenient location, quiet neighborhood, extremely well equiped, close to everything. Cable TV (ex. Netflix) was great while antenna tv was just ok. Otherwise, the home was perfect.

Mid-Century Beauty

I found this property so lovely in its' comfort, original mid-century modern finishes, and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood was wonderful in original period architecture and properties were tidy and well kept. The owner's were easy to contact, and responsive. Definitely a got-to for stays in Boise.

Awesome!

If you want funky retro then this is the property. Everything you could ever need is there. The house is beautifilly renovated to authentic mid centuary with all the mod cons. I loved my time at Amber House just delightful.

This is an older, well established and quiet neighborhood. We love our neighbors and respect them and they respect The Amber House in return as a good neighbor. Our guests are welcomed and treated well. You can take walks or explore the area - walk to Great Harvest Bakery down the street for a pastry and coffee or scrumptious sandwich for lunch, or grab anything you need at the nearby Grocery Outlet.

What makes this property unique

It's one of the "Good Karma" houses - you'll feel it when you walk in the door. Good folks have lived here and called it home. We plan to share that good karma and make it grow.. Centrally located - easy access to downtown, freeway, all the Boise area attractions are within short distance. Never had pets or smoking inside. :)
