Good but a few issues
The property was a tad outdated. We arrived after 9 p.m. The email with the code for entry was never received and we had to wait a bit for the owner to reply due to the late arrival time. Only 1 bathroom and it is very small which was fine for us but could pose an issue for larger groups. Our sheets and pillow cases smelled like mildew, like the cleaning people left them in the washer for a day before drying. I checked the laundry on the porch and those sheets smelled bad too. So sleeping was a little gross. The owner also gave us the name of a friend who had a golf cart. Cost was reasonable and he doesn't charge for the day of check in or check out. Gold cart was extremely unkept, old and worse for wear. We got up and took the golf cart for spin, within 30 minutes the cart was almost dead, we almost didn't make it back to the house. Put it back on the charger and it never fully charged. Refused to refund any of our money despite not getting to use it. So my advise is pay the extra money and rent a golf cart from someone who takes care of their golf carts.
Overall not a horrible stay, but could've been better.
Host was very cordial and easy to deal with.
