This OCEAN FRONT 2-story home has extraordinary views of Surfside Beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Take it all in from your FRONT ROW seats to witness the beautiful blue skies, tempting ocean water and sandy beach. Our property is truly in the best location you could hope for at Surfside Beach. Our beach house has everything you need for a perfect vacation or week-end getaway!

Linger in the living room with magnificent 180 degree views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Step onto the 20 x 30 foot deck to lounge, nap, sit and sip and visit with friends and family.

From here, you can watch your kids frolick at the beach with peace of mind they are mere steps away from you while you kick back on the deck. Our deck is a "shore" thang and will not disappoint with its vast size and amazing view.

Napping is highly encouraged and sometimes unavoidable!

Sit back and take in God's glory year-round where you may be teased by uninhibited hummingbirds and huge pelicans that seem to always hover just overhead.

After indulging your lazy self in the hammock, stroll down your very own private bridge that leads directly to the ocean. Go on---dip your toes in or go all the way!

Surfside is home to some of the best surf fishing, beach combing, shelling, boating and swimming. If that sounds too exhausting then hang out on the deck, under the deck or kick back at the beach.

This home offers you a warm inviting and comfortable oasis, whether you are seeking an adult get-away or a family-oriented escape. Everything you need to make your vacation memories is waiting for you at Gulf Coast Sanity!

Our highest aim is to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations. Your comfort and satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We go the distance to make sure everything is convenient, accommodating, relaxing and full of fond memories!

To accommodate you and your family, the house has TVs (with Roku) and DVD players in each room and high speed wireless internet. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining. Accessories also include blender, grilling tools, Keurig coffee maker and regular Mr. Coffee coffee maker.

The property is fenced and the deck includes 2 latched gates for added security and safety of your little ones.

All linens, towels and bedding are included in each room. You will need to provide your own beach towels and beach chairs, as we do not allow ours to leave the property or be taken to the beach.

While some of the items listed below may be available for your use, you should plan to bring the following: charcoal, lighter fluid, umbrellas, beach chairs, tents, mosquito spray for yourself and even the yard, beach toys, beach towels, bottled water (don't drink the water!), soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, toothepaste, washing detergent (if more is needed), and flashlights.

We DO NOT allow shoes inside. Unless there is a medical reason that prevents "bare-footing" please be respectful of our house rule of NO SHOES.
Do not take towels, linens, dishes, chairs or bbq pit to the beach. You are asked to bring your own for this purpose.

We loved the beach view, all the rooms were clean, it’s accessible to the beach! My family enjoyed it. The only thing is that the house had some ants roaming around and the smell of the water in the restrooms was strong (that is out of the property owner control). Great communication! We had a wonderful time. The property is as described as far as proximity to the beach. Communication with the host was easy and our host was very responsive (usually within 24 hours). The property was clean and well stocked (bath towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc). All in all, a fabulous stay.

Our only complaint is the mattress need to be updated, and the bedroom to thr left downstairs needs curtains, when the motion light comes on it shines into the room. We really enjoyed the house and its location.

Multiple lists of rules and penalties were very off-putting to everyone in the family. Pillows were worn out and smelly. Sheets were inferior quality and stale smelling. Ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom was off balance and rattled. I washed downstairs sheets after the first night. Washing machine had accumulated sand under the tub and did not seem to wring clothes adequately. I was afraid to even use the dishwasher. So. I washed all dishes by hand! I never got the tv in one downstairs bedroom to work. Considering most beach house properties, not bad. Considering the rental cost, not good.

Mark and I have had a beach house at Surfside Beach since 2011 and loved it so much we purchased our first investment property as an oceanfront beach house rental.

We are both native Texans! Mark enjoys fishing the bays for reds, trout & flounder. He also enjoys working on our beach houses and has completed many projects on the properties from building decks, fences, showers, adirondack chairs and picnic tables.

While I love fishing too, I enjoy the beach and shelling. As often as possible I enjoy making and creating coastal art for our homes, friends and family. I love my friends at the beach and we consider ourselves the "Surfside Beach Family".

Surfside Beach has a special place in our heart and has brought much happiness, peace and serenity into our lives.

WE ARE HAPPY AND BLESSED TO SHARE OUR HOME WITH YOU.
