## Space

At the heart of Marais d'Orx Nature Reserve, nearby the centers of interest and animations of the Basque and Landaises Coasts, you will enjoy fully and serenely the atmosphere and the tenderness of living from the South-West!

Dipped into the nature, this beautiful and very bright 170 sq. m wooden house, on one level, includes :
- a beautiful garden with a non-heated swimming-pool (from May 1st to October 1st depending on the weather), large shaded terrace,
- a huge cathedral living-room with large windows,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- two bathrooms with showers,
- a well equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, hotplates, dish-washer, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- high chair,
- Wi-Fi, AC and fan.
→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo
→ A welcome basket of regional products will be given to you on arrival. Enjoy your meal!

Please do preserve the neighbours' tranquillity and quietness under penalty of immediate eviction.

## Neighborhood

Located between the Basque and the Landes Countries, you will be at the best place to fully enjoy the animations of the Coast, while resting in the heart of nature. You will so be able to stroll around the marshes of the Nature Reserve, watch migrating birds flying or join the beach in 15 min by car. At last, in a few minutes driving, you will reach the cities of Bayonne, Biarritz or Hossegor.

From the airport (Biarritz) → 30 min by car

At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay.

Das Dorf der Rasenmäher

Orx ist bäuerlich geprägt. Es gibt keine spazierwege, um das Haus herum stehen Maisfelder, diese mussten teils bis Mitternacht abgeerntet werden. Die Nachbarn waren täglich am rasenmähen. Zum Glück ist alles sehr weitläufig und entsprechend war die Lärmbelästigung aushaltbar. Aber die absolute Stille, die wir uns vorgestellt haben, bekamen wir nicht. Alles in allem etwas overpriced wegen der Lage und dem Lärm,
