Located in a quiet residential area of Saint-Pierre d'Irube, the house offers a relaxing setting for family holidays. The house has in particular a large living room with beautiful volumes opening onto a large terrace with heated swimming pool, Nordic bath, outdoor games and unobstructed view of the surrounding forest.
Close to the motorway access, you can access the main points of interest in the Basque Country:
- The main Basque and Landes beaches less than 25 km away.
- Numerous golf courses and spas.
- Spain 30 minutes away
- The famous villages of the Basque coast or those more typical of the interior.

Bus stop at 100 m and a second at 500 offering me more rotations, will allow you to easily get to Bayonne, Biarritz and Anglet as well as the surrounding area.
In 2022, Haitzaldea was classified as a furnished tourist accommodation by the "Etoiles de France" organisation and obtained its 3 stars for a period of five years.

The ground floor consists of a living room, pantry, shower room, toilet and a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed.
The R+1 consists of a bathroom-wc, 3 bedrooms, 2 with bunk beds in 90 x 190 and 1 with bed in 140 x 190.
The house is equipped with two air conditioners to regulate the temperature of the living room, as well as the upstairs.
The terrace is equipped with 6 garden armchairs, 2 coffee tables, 2 side tables, 4 deckchairs and a table and chairs for 8 people with barbecue and plancha available.
You will also find 2 football goals, a trampoline and a ping-pong table.
A swimming pool of L 6m x W 3m x H 1.50 m heated to 28°C and secured by an electric shutter.
The house is fenced and closed via an electric gate.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
