The room had a very strong mildew smell. Staff tried to come in and spray something to help but one of the bedrooms was bad. Staff offered to come in and dog out the room but we would have had to leave for over an hour and we didn’t feel comfortable me doing that. For the inconvenience we should have been offered a discount as there were not any rooms left at the resort.

Kitchen was brand new other than ceilings. Everything else was very cheap finishes. Outdated bathrooms, shower heads not secure to the wall and can see pipe in the wall. Two chairs broke when I sat on them on the balcony, I am only 205 pounds and sat gently down on both of them. No beach towels are in the unit, this is a on the beachfront condo, why would you not have beach towels. Paid way less and had umbrella and chairs down at the beach included.
