All 3 bedroom feature en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool deck.

The open floorpan is ideal for entertaining with multiple seating and dining options. The large kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking and serving needs. Large breakfast bar island is a great laptop friendly, work from home space.

All 3 bedroom feature en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TV's and direct access to the pool deck.

Outdoors you will find several seating options for everyone, including a gas fire-it, bocce ball court and oversized chess set. Around the corner is a covered patio with additional seating and alfresco dining for 6.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

Great location. Close to the airport so you hear planes taking off all the time. Great response from property manager, the fridge went out and they had a new one the next day. Very clean.
