Great views out to sea

Good value for money. Large spacious living / dining area with great views of the sea by Marseille's beaches and sunsets. Initial access was challenging due to narrow streets and security gates but easier after the first time. Well located to bus routes into the old city via 100 steps and access to small beach the same way. Towels not provided and bedding a bit dated but everything was clean and the kitchen had quality equipment.

Beautiful view. Unfortunately, the property was fairly dirty and sandy, and the plumbing was poor. Communication with the host was okay; however, he did not accept the originally offered price, resulting in a significantly more expensive stay than advertised.

Bonjour Samuel il y a eu une erreur de tarif sur l’annonce et je vous ai proposé d’annuler sans frais et vous avez accepté ma nouvelle offre de Prix depuis le tarif est exacte selon la période et le nombre de voyageurs sinon j’ai retrouvé l’appartement pas très propre cela est vraiment dommage merci de ne pas dire n’importe quoi quand on est un groupe de 10 jeunes de 20 ans merci à vous bonne continuation

Équipement médiocre mais très belle vue sur la mer

Propreté médiocre (poussière) Canapé lit,accoudoir très sales et sommier formant un creux au milieu Machine à café HS et pas de grille pain Canapé recouvert de housses de lit trouées Table de salle à manger,la rallonge ne correspond pas à la table(différence de niveau!)et nappe salle Pas de table sur la terrasse et seulement 2 chaises ! Manque d’éclairage dans les chambres

Françoise est très sévère car durant sont séjour de 2 nuits ma machine à Café est tombé en panne vraiment désolé sinon j’ai protégé avec ce que j’ai pu mes 2 jolis canapés car ses petits enfants étaient avec le pot de Nutella sur le Canapé :((( enfin soyez rassurés il y’a 5 vrais lits pour 2 personnes avec une vue époustouflante sur la MER au plaisir de vous recevoir avec ma nouvelle machine à Café désolé Françoise !!!

Vue magnifique

Vue magnifique, joli appartement bien placé très lumineux on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la mer. Equipement un peu limite pour une famille mais le propriétaire à l'écoute va remédier à ce manque. Nous conseillons vivement
