Big studio for 2 people, no renoted, situated in Helipolis entrance E, 1st floor with lift, interior side. Living room with 140cm bed. kitchen area with fridge, mirowave, coffee machine and television. Separate bathroom and WC. Terrace. No parking.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 6.62 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.

Comfort en netheid kan echt wel beter !

En bed met een heel dunne matras, geen ligstoelen, geen waterkoker. Keuken materiaal is een samenstelling van eerdere serviezen, echt verouderde boel. Dit zou bij ons in België niet kunnen.
