Excellent contact avec la propriétaire. Appartement de bonne surface, dans une maison parfaitement isolée thermiquement par l'extérieur. Intérieur très propre et fonctionnel. Bonne literie!L'appartement est à 100/200 m d'une station de tram (Droits de l'Homme) vers le centre ville.Le quartier est calme
