Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the apartment (with an overall rating of 3/5 as outlined below):Pros:- three bedrooms (good for family of 4 or 6 people maximum, as small communal area)- newly renovated- nice view from sitting area- close to navette bus stopCons:- host was difficult and claimed that we violated terms which is not the case. Prior to booking the apartment, we asked the owner whether we could bring our small dog (Cavalier King Charles) and the owner accepted as we were renting the apartment for a long period of time (4 week period). Then after checkout, we received a message from the owner asking if we brought a pet into the apartment violating the terms. Then when we responded to her showing her approval in writing she said she had forgotten it… She then claimed that our small dog led to additional cleaning. This is completely disingenuous as our small dog was only in the apartment for 6 nights during the beginning of our 29 night stay and she did not cause any problems- no dining table (only kitchen counter), making eating in very difficult- not close to Megeve centre (over 30 minute walk) and over 20 minute walk to Rochebrune cable car)
