Cozy apartment furnished with taste, fully equipped, located in the heart of the village of Solenzara a few minutes from the shops and the sandy beach.
It will be the ideal starting point of your vacations and will allow you to go quickly as well towards the beaches of the Extreme South as in the interior towards the Needles of Bavella.
Close to the shops (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, boutiques, restaurants, pizzerias, ice-cream parlors...) and the beach, this apartment is perfect to spend serene vacations by the sea.
The village of Solenzara organizes a pedestrian street every Wednesday and Saturday night until midnight. You will find there various stands (Corsican products, initiation Canyoning, products souvenir...) restaurants and Corsican songs.
The market of Solenzara is in front of the town hall of Solenzara and next to the Bricorama. It will take place every Monday morning until 13:00
Wide range of activities in the village of Solenzara
Water sports - diving, sailing, jet skiing, quad biking, tree climbing, tennis, horseback riding, mountain excursions.
Swimming in rivers and via ferrata (all along the Bavella road) : natural pools, waterfalls or small beaches.
DESCRIPTION : located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) : not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
Entrance on hall of distribution:
- Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, combined refrigerator-freezer ... storeroom: vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, cleaning kit ...
- Living room :(air-conditioned) 2 convertible sofas (140 cm), TV (flat screen with TNT), opening on covered terrace : sea and village view, garden table.
- Guest toilet : toilet, washbasin, washing machine
- Bedroom 1 : (air-conditioned) : balcony : 1 bed in 160, storage cupboard.
- Room 2 : 1 bed in 160, cupboard of arrangement
- Bathroom : bathtub, washbasin, towel dryer.
A credit card imprint as a security deposit will be requested upon arrival (800 euros deposit).
Tourist tax in supplement.

Cleaning is compulsory if you leave before 9:00 am.
