"A Suara di Mare", 3-room apartment 45 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Strandnahe Wohnung mit tollem Pool

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand und hat einen tollen Pool, der jeden Morgen komplett gereinigt wird. Der Empfang war sehr nett und die Wohnung war absolut sauber. Es gibt 2 Klimaanlagen, die beide einwandfrei funktioniert haben. In der Küche gab es bei uns ausreichend Teller, Gläser und Besteck, 2 Pfannen, 2 Töpfe, 2 Glasschüsseln,1 Salatschleuder, 1 Sieb. 2 Tassen und Schöpflöffel fehlten. Campingplatz nebenan hört man. Man kann dort aber Baguette kaufen und gut essen.

Zweckmäßig für den Strandurlaub

Gute und ruhige Lage direkt am Meer. Alles Nötige in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Einrichtung zweckmäßig und sauber. Pool und Außenanlagen sind und werden regelmäßig gepflegt. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Wer mehr als Nudeln und Tomatensauce oder Salat vor hat, sollte die nötige Ausstattung mitbringen. Hilfreich wären auch ein paar Putzutensilien. Mehr als ein Besen ist nicht vorhanden.

Direkt am Meer,ideal!

Uns hat es in der Anlage recht gut gefallen.Die Lage ist toll,durch den Garten,direkt ans Meer.Das Personal ist recht freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung mit dem Bad,modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Treppe ins obere Schlafzimmer ist sehr steil,man darf da keine Knieprobleme haben. Einziges Manko:Es fehlt an Küchen- Utensilien,also selber mitbringen.

Zwecksgemäss gut

Grundsätzlich bietet die Unterkunft alles, was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer kombiniert mit Küche ist eher Enge, besonders wenn man zu viert in der Wohnung ist. Bei schönem Wetter ist das kein Problem, da man ja auch die Terrasse und den Rasen hat, bei Regen steckt man dann halt eher engen Wohnzimmer (ohne Esstisch) fest. Die Küche ist von den Geräten her zwecksgemäss gut ausgestattet, auch wenn einige Messer oder Kellen mehr vorhanden sein könnten. Grundsätzlich empfeh wir die Unterkunft weiter.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand. Der abgeschlossene Garten ist perfekt. Man kann SUP etc. direkt dort am Wasserschlauch reinigen und stehen lassen. Der Ort liegt gut für Ausflüge ins Bavella, Richtung Corte oder Porto Vecchio. Beim Einzug hätte es etwas sauberer sein können und die ersten Tage hatten wir vom Bad einen etwas modrigen Geruch. Das hat sich aber nach 3-4 Tagen Sagrotaneinsatz erledigt. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

tolle Lage, einfache Unterkunft

Die Nähe zum Strand ist prima, der Pool absolut klasse. Die hier gemietete Unterkunft liegt nicht zum Meer, wie der Anschein auf manchen Bildern erweckt wird, sondern zum Pool, was für uns aus der Annonce nicht sichtbar war - schade. WLAN ist vorhanden, aber so langsam, dass es nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar ist - sehr schade. Ein Esstisch existiert nicht im Appartment, nur eine Couch mit Tisch, kaum Ablagen, nur so wenig Geschirr, dass nach jedem Essen gespült werden muss - einfach.

Petit bémol pour récupérer les clés avons pas eu connaissance que cela ne se passait pas au niveau de la location… Des souris ont visité la location…nous sommes bord de mer et à la campagne .. Pas assez de rangements pour alimentaire ou autre… Personnels :entretien dépannage réception au Top Piscine très propre!

Location bien situé mais de mauvaise qualité

Location très bien située, face à la mer. C’est un très grand luxe de voir le lève de soleil tous les matins. Le logement est confortable pour 2 adultes et maximum 2 enfants. Le lit double est situé à l’étage. Pensez à ramener serviette de bain et draps. Literie OK. Cuisine équipée avec le strict minimum. Très mal agencé. Placard trop haut, portes qui ne s’ouvrent pas complètement à cause du mauvais agencement. Logement très mal insonorisé, ne pas avoir le sommeil léger.

Die ersten Dinge sind bereits nicht repariert word

Die Unterkunft ist top. Wir waren vor 2 Jahren da und wollten unbedingt aufgrund sehr guter Erfahrungen wieder dorthin. Leider sind inzwischen die ersten Dinge kaputt und wurden nicht repariert. Pool, tropfendere und schimmelige Klinaanlage zum Beispiel. Daher gibt es nur noch ein „gut“ von uns... Ansonsten ist es sehr schön und gepflegt.

Voldoende maar geen topervaring

Klein appartementje. Prijs/kwaliteit niet top, meerdere mankementen, WiFI was niet beschikbaar, rioolgeur in de badkamer op verschillende dagen, niet grondig gekuist bij aankomst. Eten moet je op het terras doen (binnen geen eettafel), dat eigenlijk vrij klein is. (wij waren met 4 personen). Het grote zwembad en de ligging nabij het strand zijn zeker wel pluspunten.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sensationell. Der Pool ist privat und nur für die Bewohner der 8 Appartements zugänglich. Alles hat reibungslos und sehr zuvorkommend funktioniert. Wir werden definitiv wieder in dieses Appartment gehen.

Manque de place !!!

Nous nous attendions a autre chose du aux photos et a l'annonce, en effet l'appartement est prévu au maximum pour 4 personnes et non pour 6 comme dans l'annonce. Nous ne savions pas que nous allions nous retrouver face a une parking et non face a la mer ce qui nous a un peu étonné. L'angle des photos est parfait pour vous tromper... Bref première et dernière fois...

Ferien A Suara di Mar Ghisonaccia

Grundsätzlich haben wir die Ferien in der Résidence A Suara di Mar wie letztes Jahr genossen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein Vorkommnis hat uns sehr gestört und wird uns davon abhalten, nochmals über FeWo-direkt zu buchen. Bei der Ankunft habe ich mich informiert, wie die Belegung der Wohnungen stattfinde. Die einzige Auskunft war klar und deutlich: FeWo hat kein Kontingent für die 4 Wohnungen mit Meersicht. Wenn uns bei unserer Reservation dies mitgeteilt worden wäre, hätte ich die Buchung storniert und direkt in Nizza gebucht, so, wie ich es im 2016 für mich und meine Frau gemacht habe. Aber nun sind trotzdem schöne zwei Wochen auf Korsika vorbei, für uns mit dem Sauerstoff für unser Enkelkind etwas kompliziert - aber man muss sich ja zu helfen wissen. Superschöne Ferien auf Korsika

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns sehr gut gelegen, so direkt am Meer und mit Swimmingpool. Die Wohnung war praktisch eingerichtet. Nur im oberen Zimmer war es trotz Ventilator sehr heiss!!! Am Swimmingpool fehlten uns die Sonnenschirme. Ev. könnte man diese noch anschaffen. Die Umgebung war sehr gepflegt und alles sehr sauber!
