I have a small 1 bed 1 bath quiet apartment in small boutique building (8 units) just one block from Publix and Downtown Hollywood right next to the action of Young Circle, The Arts Park, 2 miles to the beach and directly across from the Golf Course. Building has coin operated laundry, a front and back courtyard, DOG FRIENDLY, and great neighbors!
Walk to Northlake or Southlake, Bike to the Beach from this urban beachy apartment! Only 5 miles from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Aventura Mall, and just 19 miles to Miami International Airport. Great central location with lots of restaurants, bars, water access and cozy living!
