Living/dining room has sofa bed for 2. Beautiful flat, equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. With large terraces in a private house. Leisure area with private swimming pool. Jacuzzi with heating and private, operating all year round. Incredible views of the old Templar castle and the Sierra de Irta Natural Park and the Ebro Delta. It is important to us that your holiday or rest days are unforgettable. The pictures speak for themselves. Beach 2 km by car. The flat is very well equipped and has its own alarm system and free aqua service. Smart/Sat-TV, W-Lan.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Peniscola

Wir (6 Personen) haben 2 wundervolle und erholsame Urlaubswochen hier verbracht. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns gute Ausflugstips gegeben. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet,mit Spülmaschine und Wasserspender und bietet auch ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Aussicht auf Peniscola und das Meer war phänomenal.Der Poolbereich ist sehr einladend gestaltet. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne wieder .

Perfect!

Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad in de villa van conny en manny. Het huis was groot, schoon en echt alles was aanwezig. Fijn was de watercooler welke ook heet water had. Het zwembad met chill lounge was geweldig. Wij zullen zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

Toller Blick - Freundschaftliche Atmosphäre

Wir haben den großartigen Blick aufs Meer und die Burg von Peniscola sehr genossen. Die Ausflüge ins Ebro-Delta sowie auch nach Valencia haben uns besonders gefallen. Obwohl wir uns vorher nicht kannten haben uns Conny und Manni als Freunde empfangen.

Las vistas son fabulosas! En general hemos estado muy comodos con ganas de volver algun día. Aunque haga mal tiempo te puedes meter al jacuzzi caliente y relajarte. La zona chillout con piscina y tumbona alemana es preciosa con unas vistas impresionantes. Los dueños muy buena gente. UNA EXPERIENCIA DE 100!

Tolles Haus mit atemberaubendem Ausblick

Mit unseren 5 Kindern haben wir das ganze Haus (obere und untere Wohnung) gemietet und verbrachten zwei tolle Wochen. Das Haus bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht über Peniscola und ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Unseren Kindern haben vor allem der Pool, Garten und die angrenzende Bar mit super Soundanlage gefallen. Das Haus bietet für 7 Personen ausreichend Platz und auch die Küche ist mit genügend Geschirr grosszügig ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und haben uns viele nützliche Tipps zum Haus und der Umgebung gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können das Haus und die Vermieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind nun zu dritten Mal bei Conny und Manni. Diese sind echt Unikate. Das Objekt ist schöner wie auf den Bildern. Zum chillen ,aber auch zum geselligen zusammensitzen super geeignet. Alles super ausgerüstet.(WLAN.,Bar,Küche...usw.).Auch die Gegend ist superschön.Es gibt vieles zu sehen und zu entdecken. Freuen uns schon aufs nächste mal.

Schöne FeWo mit Traum-Aussicht

Wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern die FeWo im Untergeschoss des Hauses gemietet. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über 2 grosse Terassen mit 180 Grad-Panorama-Aussicht auf Küste und Burg. Für den Sonnenaufgang braucht man im Bett nur die Augen zu öffnen - die Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer ist phänomenal. Anschliessend Frühstück in der Morgensonne und dann hoch zum Pool. Hier gibt es ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, um das Panorama aus allen Perspektiven zu geniessen. Auch hier eine tolle Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit, ausserdem eine schattige Lounge und eine gemütliche Bar. Alles war sehr sauber und einladend. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und immer da, wenn man sie braucht, haben sich ansonsten aber unsichtbar gemacht. Vielen Dank an Conny und Manni für diesen tollen Urlaub, den wir bei Euch verbringen durften!

Einfach nur traumhaft!

Wir haben mit fünf Personen einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem großen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Empfang durch Connie und Manni war sehr herzlich. Sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Aussicht bei Tag und vor allem bei Nacht ist einfach wunderschön und die Sonnenaufgänge werden uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Den mitgereisten drei Teenagern hat die Poolanlage mit die Außenmusikanlage besonders gut gefallen. Schade, dass zwei Wochen so schnell vorbei sind. Viele liebe Grüße

Lebe Deinen Traum.Und wann kann man das besser wie im Urlaub.In diesem Haus bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.So wie zuhause. Die Einrichtung ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt.Und aus jedem Zimmer hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Burg..Bei Nacht ein Atemberaubender Blick. Der Außenbereich mit der Bar und allem was dazugehört wie z.b.Musikanlage ,Kühlgefrierschrank,TV, viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten versprechen eine gute Zeit mit Freunden dort zu verbringen. Die große Terrasse mit wunderschönem Pool und einladenden Liegen und Sitzmöbel lässt einen dem Himmel ein Stück näher sein.Die Aussicht von dort ist unbezahlbar und man spielt mit dem Gedanken diesen Ort nicht mehr verlassen zu wollen. Ein rundum gelungen Urlaub in der "Villa chill out. " Danke das wir das genießen durften LG Simone & Michael

Vacances Magnifiques dans une superbe villa

Mehr als versprochen!

Wie oft hat man schon erlebt, dass die Werbung viel mehr verspricht, als das, das was letztendlich eingelöst wird. In diesem Ferienhaus trifft das alles nicht zu! Im Gegenteil! Zusammen mit unserer 7-jährigen Tochter haben wir zu dritt einen wunderschönen, sicher noch lange nachwirkenden Osterurlaub erlebt, in dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Anreise an einem kühlen Abend am Wochenende wurde durch unsere sehr charmanten Gastgeber mit einen großzügigen kulinarischen Willkommengruß und durch beheizte Räume (in Spanien eine Seltenheit!) versüßt. Sowohl die sehr sauberen, eigenen Räume mit einem grandiosen Rundumblick, als auch der gepflegte, einladende Pool oder die anheimelnde Bar waren Grund genug, ab und zu auf einen Ausflug in das herrliche Umland, einen Bummel durch die gepflegte und interessante Altstadt rund um die alte Burg, oder einen Spaziergang am feinen hellen Sandstrand am Mittelmeer zu verzichten. Die Vermieter gaben uns das Gefühl, nicht nur die eine Etage, sondern das gesamte Haus gemietet zu haben. Connie und Manni machten sich meistens unsichtbar, waren aber immer ansprechbar. Unseren Freunden würden wir dieses Domizil bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Auto ist allerdings ratsam. Apropos Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten: die Tipps der Gastgeber waren wirklich Gold wert. Wir waren z. B. begeistert von der "Schinkengasse" auf der Peniscola - Burg, von Valencia, von San Mateu, von Morella... Hier kann man nichts falsch machen. Anna, Annette und Claus

Luxe appartement op een fantastische plek!

Dit appartement ligt op de berg en heeft een geweldig mooi uitzicht over Peniscola en omgeving, beter kun je het niet treffen! het appartement is makkelijk te bereiken per auto. Het appartement is erg ruim en heeft vele voorzieningen, netjes, schoon en smaakvol / modern ingericht. Er is een zwembad met wederom een prachtig uitzicht over Peniscola, met vele gezellige zitplekken. Wij werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren en deze waren zeer gastvrij. Het appartement heeft een leuke grotslaapkamer waar mijn dochter van zes in heeft geslapen. Kortom, helemaal top, een aanrader, we komen vast nog een keer terug.

Traumhaus an der Küste Spaniens

Dieses Feriendomizil ist ein Traumhaus, ohne Frage. Die Aussicht, sowohl vom Pool, als auch vom Wohnzimmer aus, ist unglaublich. Der Pool und die dazugehörige Poolbar laden zum Entspannen ein. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den Vermietern sehr freundlich begrüßt. Diese waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und gaben uns tolle Ausflugtipps. Es fehlt einem an nichts, sodass ein perfekter Urlaub garantiert ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaus an der Küste Spaniens

Dieses Feriendomizil ist ein absolutes Traumhaus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich, sowohl vom Pool, als auch vom Wohnzimmer aus, der Pool und die dazugehörige Poolbar laden zum Entspannen ein und es fehlt einem an nichts. Ein perfekter Urlaub ist garantiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Villa de rêve !

C’est une villa magnifique avec de belles prestations. Spacieuse, bien située, très calme avec de très belles vues sur Peniscola. Elle est vraiment tout confort, rien ne manque. Dernier point très important, les propriétaires sont vraiment des gens très sympas et très accueillants. Nous y avons passé 15 jours superbes et nous espérons y repartir l’année prochaine. A recommander.

Ein Juwel

Ein fantastischer Urlaub ist garantiert bei dieser Destination. Das Haus ist ein Traum und ich kann meinem Bewertungsvorgänger nur zustimmen. Die Besitzer sind äusserst nett und angenehm und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns fantastisch erholt und die Aussicht, der Pool, das ganze Haus tragen zu einer harmonischen und entspannten Atmosphäre bei. Unsere Ausflugsziele von hier aus waren Barcelona, Valencia, Benicarlò, Tarragona, das Ebre Delta, das päpstliche Schloss in Peñiscola selbst und noch nähere Orte. Alles ist mit dem Auto innert kürzester Zeit bis max 2h erreichbar. So schön die Ausflüge auch waren, wir waren abends immer froh, wieder zurück in die Villa kommen zu können. Sauberkeit, feine Einrichtung, eine tolle Küche, die äussere Anlage mit dem Pool, alles ist an seinem richtigen Platz und die Besitzer tragen viel dazu bei, dass das Haus gepflegt bleibt. Ein echtes Juwel mit traumhafter Aussicht. Unsere Bestnoten sind absolut verdient. Danke für einen unvergesslichen Sommerurlaub!
