Thank you for your review Lisa, we're sorry you did not have the experience you expected in our property. We do want to address some of the points mentioned in your review: - While our office is not onsite at the building, we are available 7/7 days a week to answer any queries you may have, by phone and in person. Our contact details are available on Vrbo and we did reach out to you prior to your arrival to make sure you had them in case of need. - We did not receive any calls from you on the day of your arrival. - We try as much as possible to let our guests into the properties as soon as they are available. Unfortunately that is not always possible, especially during busy periods. However, on the day you arrived, we did sent you a message around 2:30pm to say the apartment was ready for you to check-in. - We understand this is probably just cultural difference, but it is not uncommon in France for toilets to be separated from the bathroom, which in turn makes the room a little smaller. - We are currently in the process of updating the sofa-bed for a more recent model. - Our properties are all self-catered, which means we only provide consumables for the start of your stay. We want to point out that while we understand you were not happy about the amenities provided and the apartment itself, it is never acceptable to be rude to staff, especially when all they do is try to understand and offer help. We hope you enjoyed Chamonix nonetheless.
