Located on the 1st floor of a beautiful residence (without lift), this charming flat with a chalet atmosphere has a living space of 34 m² and is composed of :

## Neighborhood

In the heart of Chamonix, 500 m from the Planparaz gondola, you will be in the best place to enjoy the town's huge ski area. All the shops, including ski rental and equipment shops, are within easy reach of the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. All the leisure opportunities are within walking distance: the Casino and the Alpine Museum in 1 minute and the Thermal Centre in 8 minutes by foot. You can reach the Planparaz gondola in 5 minutes. But you can also easily move around the town and reach the other cable cars thanks to the bus network. Finally, in summer, you will also find many activities: shopping, hiking, mountain biking...

I would not recommend this property. There is a club/bar across the street that plays loud music outside until 2am, then you hear everyone walking home. The cigarette smoke from the cafe right below you goes straight into the apartment windows making the entire place smell like cigarettes, killed 1-2 spiders daily, cobwebs in corners from not proper cleaning, dust on the rim of light fixtures, church bell goes off 3 times an hour.

Amazing location and apartment well equipped and an amazing view.

Everything was perfect with the exception of communication. I ended up sending messages to an email and receiving a response from someone who had no idea what I was talking about. This was a bit frustrating. But we figure it out through many email. In the end the cleaning lady let me in on day 1 and I hid the key under the carpet on my last day. May I suggest an info list of details such as where to throw garbage, what to do upon departure, etc. Which May assist in coordinating arrival, departure and small details around the house. I had a wonderful time in Chamonix and the apartment is super. Thank you.
