We are dedicated to addressing all feedback, ensuring deep cleaning of the units, and providing the best possible experience for our visitors. New photos to come!

This cute, spacious 2 bedroom condo is in the heart of all that is wonderful about Virginia Beach. Located in the much sought-after resort area and just 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, you can't beat this location. It's in the heart of Virginia Beach and walking distance to the best restaurants, night life and live entertainment. The Sports Center, Virginia Beach Convention Center and Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center are walking distance as well. Golf courses, putt putt golf, ice cream shops, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues and other entertainment activities are nearby. The nearest grocery is just a couple blocks up the road!

When you enter through the front door after parking in your private parking space, you'll walk upstairs and enter the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. Through the living room, you can access a quaint porch for lounging, overlooking the private backyard area that is only accessible to the other condo owners. Included on this floor is a half bath for your convenience. The second floor features a queen bedroom and another bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom boasts it's own full bathroom and ceiling fans. A large Smart TV (with a DVD player) is featured in the living area. The bedrooms do not have televisions. There is free WiFi throughout so you won't miss a beat. The living room is kid-friendly, too, with some fun board games for the kiddos.

One of the best features of the house is a large game-room in the garage. You will find a pool table that converts into a ping pong table and air hockey table! There's a small bar with stools as well. The door inside this garage gives you access to a gated back yard area, shared among other condominium owners. There is a gas grill for guest use and the kitchen comes fully-equipped with all the essentials you will need to prepare a wonderful meal. There's even a Keurig coffee machine for your enjoyment!

Note: This home features two queen-sized foam mattress sleeper sofas for additional sleeping space. We do not provide linens for these beds so if interested, please let us know if you would like a quote for sheets or if you'd like to bring your own! Bed linens and bath towels are provided for the two bedrooms. If you have booked a stay longer than 2 weeks, you will be responsible for providing your own bed sheets and bath towels as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration of time. For all short term rentals, we will provide your bed sheets and bath towels.

We provide two towel sets per bedroom. Starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels provided, as well. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed.

Some Important Points:

If you have booked a stay longer than 2 weeks, you will be responsible for providing your own bed sheets and bath towels as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration of time. For all short term rentals, we will provide your bed sheets and bath towels.

Beach equipment and bikes are not included but we do offer concierge rentals. These rentals will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure. We also offer baby equipment rentals if you don't want to haul the crib/pack n play, stroller, etc.

NO early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season.
