A lovely cottage home that offers quintessential southern comfort! The minute you walk up to the front porch you will feel at home. The decor is light and bright with touches of the south throughout.

The perfectly appointed kitchen opens up to a dining area and a bright, airy living room which invites guests to relax around the fireplace. There are two large master suites, offering a comfortable retreat for two couples or a family of four. The outside amenities are special. The screened in porch off the back has a comfortable seating area, a large screen TV and a fabulous Wolf grill. This leads to the back yard where there is more comfortable seating areas and a stunning brick, wood burning fireplace as well as a spacious yard for the youngsters to enjoy. Guests will easily enjoy the indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

Other features of this beautiful home include an office space, laundry room, high end appliances, two bikes for exploring Palmetto Bluff and much more.

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Black out dates - July 4th week, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.

Great Palmetto Spot

Great alternative to Montage. Several pluses like fireplaces, washer/dryer, full kitchen, etc. clean and comfortable.

Great house in an even better location!

This place is a perfect 2 bedroom house! Very spacious, screened in porch and great backyard with a hot tub and fireplace! Kitchen is well appointed….everything you need!

Cozy Cottage

Nicely furnished with all the fun amenities. Screened porch with an grill, outdoor fireplace and hot tub were a welcome surprise. Wonderful knock with a desk for if sneaking in a work from “home” day.

Amazing Family Trip

We spent 5 nights with our 2 kids (5 and 18 months). This home is special. The highest compliment that I could give would be that on more than one occasion my wife and I looked at eachother and said it felt like we were in our own home. That’s how easily we slipped into a rhythm at this gorgeous property. Trust me, the pictures do it justice but the vibe of this home is just off the charts. You couldn’t ask for a better location and the backyard was perfection. We built fires every night, took the golf cart to the market to pick up coffees in the morning, and wine/s’mores in the evening. And on that note, be sure to rent the golf cart, it just made the trip! Management was phenomenal from booking to arrival. Will come back again and again.
