With 2 beautiful, sparkling pools, spa, tennis courts and free covered parking, this freshly updated condo is the perfect hotel alternative. Newly remodeled with luxury finishes.

Why stay in a hotel? This completely remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath luxury condo has everything you'd need for a great vacation in Palm Springs for a week, a month or? Tastefully decorated, fully furnished upper unit with a full kitchen with dishwasher, range and full sized refrigerator. There is a stack washer and dryer in the unit. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a flat screen smart tv with cable and streaming, Sonos speaker, a small dining table for four overlooks the grounds. There is a patio with seating for two overlooking the grounds as well. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large ensuite bath with a large shower and several closets. There is also a smart TV in the bedroom.

Very pleasant condo and property

We stayed at this condo for two weeks in March. Nice clean place with a good setup. Property was delightful. Pool was a chill place to hangout. Location was great is we like to hike and bike, and go for dinner. Lots of places in the area. Very quiet condo too...slept like a baby. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed 10 days in PS. This condo was perfect for us. We are a retired couple who travels to PS yearly. The location of the condo is perfect. An easy walk to the downtown area. An easy drive to all the hikes we love and easy access to Joshua Tree. Having an in-room washer/dryer was so nice given all the hiking we do. Quiet, friendly condo. Absolutely would rent again.

Perfect 1 Bedroom Oasis

I loved staying in this condo. It is just as pictured and has everything you need (well stocked kitchen, smart tv and a comfortable bed). It's also within a 10 min walk of several coffee options, great restaurants and local shopping. I found it to be a special place for me to rest and recharge each night while my friends decided to stay in a house and share beds and bathrooms. And the owners respond very quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Very well appointed condo in a central location

We found the property to be very accurately described by the listing and were pleasantly surprised that it even had small details such as dishwasher tablets, clothes detergent, liquid hand soap and lotion, etc. which, in our previous experience at other rentals, we often had to purchase ourselves. This condo, by contrast, is ready for you to enjoy your vacation - All you need to do is get food and drinks. The location is excellent, right across the street from the back of the Agua Caliente casino (yet not noisy), so within short walking distance from the downtown shops and restaurants. As a guest from abroad, I did have a few MINOR communication problems with our host due to my inability to use SMS which I understand to be the standard in the USA. However, a quick switch to email and Whatsapp took care of things, and I appreciated their flexibility in accommodating me. Everything in the condo was in full working order so we did not have the need to communicate with our hosts during our stay so I cannot comment on their responsiveness. All in all, we would happily stay again at this property.

This location is within a 4/5 block walking distance of the main street in Palm Springs, with lots of restaurant options. The property is well maintained both inside the condo and in the common areas, like around the pool. We would stay here in a minute!

Great apartment and location

This is a well-appointed apartment in an excellent, well-situated, well-managed condo complex-located between the casino and the convention center. It’s a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, and the Design District. There are multiple, thoughtful amenities and luxury touches in this recently renovated unit that made for a very enjoyable stay. The unit and the complex’s grounds and pools are maintained to a high standard. Hosts Jeffery and Terry provided exceptional guest relations services-easy to reach and responding quickly, prior to check in and throughout my stay.

This was one of the cleanest and most well appointed condo we have ever stayed in. Just a couple blocks from the main strip in Palm Springs makes meals and shopping easy. Across the street from a casino. Quiet, gated, pool and hot tub. The unit was updated and well decorated. Great appliances, and everything we needed for the week was provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would return and recommend it to anyone who can climb a flight of stairs.
