has been fully renovated in 2021.
It includes 3 bedrooms (between 11 and 14 m²), a 30 m² living room,
a 8 m² bathroom and a separated WC.
At the back of the house, you'll find a 24 m² wooden deck with a barbecue.
A wooden swimming pool (6.6 m by 3.5 m) and its wooden deck is waiting for you.
The swimming pool is with salted water and it can be warmed up (optionnal).
You can shelter your bikes in a closed wooden garage next to the house.
There's a cycle path at 200 m from the house. It will lead you to Mimizan bourg shops (about 4km) or to the beach for the bravest (about 10km).

Je recommandes vivement cette maison, le calme, la piscine et la maison en elle même, super confortable. Vincent est tres accueillant et toujours disponible. Nous avons pu en profiter pendant deux semaines et ce fût de superbes vacances.

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée ... La communication avec Vincent est excellente et les attentions d'arrivée ont été très appréciées. L'emplacement de la maison est idéalement située, entre pistes cyclables, forêt et accès aux autres villes/villages. Proximité de commerces (Boulangerie - grandes surfaces)... Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. De l’arrivée avec les instructions précises et le panier d’accueil au départ où nous avons rencontré Vincent, tout s’est très bien passé. La maison est très bien équipée, bien aménagée et fonctionnelle. Très bel extérieur également (jardin, terrasse et piscine), calme et agréable. Nous recommandons donc ce logement !

Vacances dans les Landes

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans la maison de Vincent. Celui-ci est un hôte très à l’écoute de ses locataires et met tout en œuvre pour les aider rapidement. La maison est très bien située dans un quartier calme, proche du lac et des pistes cyclables. Le jardin est grand et bien entretenu. La piscine est un vrai plus. La maison est très bien équipée, les chambres sont grandes et les rangements nombreux, sans oublier la literie qui est super confortable et propre. Nous reviendrons si l’occasion se représente.

Très content que la maison vous ait plu. Effectivement la piscine ne peut pas être en service à cette période de l'année car les températures sont trop basses. Il faudra revenir en été pour en profiter. Au plaisir de vous revoir.
